Catering Information

Call on Two Loose Screws BBQ Catering Team to assist you in arranging a great barbecue event. Whether it is 25 or 1200 guests, it is our goal to provide you and your guests an event to be remembered. Please take a few minutes to read our letter of understanding this will answer many of your questions and explain our role in your event.

TLS Letter of Understanding


We include in our BBQ buffet pricing disposable plates, napkins & flatware. If we are cooking for your event onsite, we will need a somewhat flat parking space for a BBQ Trailer. Our Buffet serving area typically varies from 12-24 feet depending on the size of the group being served. Extra tables, chairs, tents and serving ware are availed at an added cost.


Buffet Serving

Our staff will maintain the buffet for one hour and will keep the menu items replenished for your guests as they pass through the buffet line.

If additional serving time is desired, arrangements can be made at the time of booking your event, but an additional charge may apply.

After one hour of service, our staff will begin to clean up the barbecue and serving areas before they leave. All Leftover food is the property of TLS BBQ.

Event hosts shall arrange for trash containers located where guests can dispose of their used service ware.

Plating service is available just mention during the planning process.

Reservations

Two Loose Screws BBQ reserves dates for events on a first come first serve basis. Please set your date as soon as possible as summer weekends fill quickly.

A 50% booking fee is required to reserve your even date. Payment arrangements can be made for the remaining balance although we do require payment in full the day of your event.

Guest Count

A confirmed guest count is required 7 days prior to your event. This count is the guaranteed number of guests for which we prepare your food and final invoice.

Additional charges may be incured for events under $1500.00 for Onsite BBQ trailer Please call for more information.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel prior to 30 days of your event, a 25% cancelation fee will be imposed. After 30 days up until 14 days before your event a 50% cancelation fee will be imposed. Cancelation within the last 14 days of the event shall receive 100% forfeiture of deposit.

Cancelations within 7 days of you event shall forteit 100% of the event cost.
