We offer 2 types of BBQ catering programs. The onsite Championship BBQ catering features our competition meats and side dishes such as Ribs and Brisket. The Championship BBQ menu feeds groups from 50 to well over 1400 people and is completly self supportive allowing to us to serve in very private or remote locations
Our Gourmet Grilling menu features Cherrywood Grilled Wild King Salmon, USDA Prime or American Kobe Beef Steaks, Smoke Roasted Prime Ribeye Roasts and much more. This Menu feeds casual or formal groups from 35 to 75 people with a variety of serving options.
